Our CEO Dr.O. Arivazhagan delivered a Guest Lecture on “Business Strategies – Post Pandemic Scenario”on 14th September for First year MBA students of SRM University. The Lecture was live streamed on YouTube . In this, He spoke about starting up a small business after their graduation post pandemic. He also spoke about the '7 strategies' to be followed in order to become a successful entrepreneur , namely ,

1.When to start a business?
2.Getting updated with the New normal
3.What are the business ideas to be followed?
4.How to find the capital or seed capital?
5.How to find the working capital?
6.How to sustain the business?
7.Think about the exiting strategies of the business.

He also gave students idea for small startups like Cloud Kitchen, OTT, Studio Home construction, hygiene product production and on agriculture like terrace gardening, exporting spices etc. He addressed the students as 'millennium humans' and encouraged them to nurture their ideas to successfully sustain their business
 
He also elaborated on topics such as angel investment, OPM, Bootstrapping, based on his real-time experience. He gave very practical ideas like observing the pitfalls in business by enacting like a customer which was very useful for the students who had ideas if starting up their own business.

The Lecture was concluded with a Q&A Session and live interaction with participants who questioned Dr.Ari on various ideas of business startup. The lecture ended successfully by provoking the idea of small business startup post pandemic among students.
