10th Annual Day & Sports Day
at St.Peter’s
Institute Of Higher Education and Research
on Friday,
9th March 2018.
In his speech he told a thriller story as part of IIPM's endeavor to "Communicate Data through Storytelling" to create awareness amongst college students on the abuse of organ & blood donation by the Blood & Organ-selling mafia. He also highlighted on the increasing number of Blood Banks, Blood Donors and availability of Rare Blood Types. He defined a rare Blood type as any Blood type that is difficult to find in the population where you may need that "rare" type of Blood. Another way of defining a Blood type as rare is when more than 200 donors must be screened to find one compatible donor with Blood of that desired type. Rare blood types can cause Blood supply problems for unprepared Blood banks and hospitals, Blood Type “ O” are generally called as universal donors. He also said that it will be the IDM's next Short Film for international film festivals to drive this important message among the college students & youths, who are the potential targets of these mafias.

In his speech, he said that he was delighted
to be a part of the Annual and Sports Day as Sports was opening
a lot of avenues for youngsters. A couple of years back, Cricket
was the only sport to have gained wider recognition and
appreciation from the audience but with the advent of other
sports and its popularity has shifted the focus from Cricket.
Mr. Ari distributed prizes to the students to acknowledge & appreciate their various contribution. Annual Day and Sports day function was celebrated with great zeal by students, teachers.
